WAGSTAFF's

WAGSTAFF's

WAGSTAFF's is a new exhibition of work by contemporary artists shown alongside historical artefacts. It takes as its point of departure a piano and musical instrument dealership of the same name that occupied the current MOSTYN building for over three decades in the years prior to its reinstatement as an art gallery in the 1970s.
WAGSTAFF’S considers the long-standing connection between music and art, and records an interpretation from today’s perspective.

Mary Lloyd Jones: Cynefin

The gallery, with great pleasure, presents Mary Lloyd Jones. The work is a collection of paintings and prints based on the idea of 'familiar habitat', the title of this exhibition. Archive material, including film, charts her practice, both artistically and literary, and cements her ever increasing reputation as an important artist working in Wales and beyond. Mary Lloyd Jones is represented by the Martin Tinney Gallery, Cardiff. Alongside 'Cynefin', Mira Andres shows photographic work exploring the wild terrain of Borth. For further details, see website or telephone the gallery.
