Swansea Community Orchestra, Swansea’s own symphony orchestra, will host its annual gala Christmas Concert at St Mary’s Church under its musical directors Andrew George and Paul Lewis. As in previous years, Peter A Morris will introduce the concert. All the proceeds of the concert will be given to local charity, Interburns (part of the burns unit at Morriston Hospital) .
At last year’s event, the Loughor Inshore Rescue Service, whose members put their lives on the line daily to help others, benefited by £1200.
